For IOS version, please search for solar safe and you can get app with name solarsafe. For android version, please scan the QR code on the back of the panel. Re-scan the QR code and re-download the app if there is update available.
The app can be used to arm/disarm the alarm panel and send "SOS" message to other person linked to the same alarm panel. When alarm goes off, the app will receive prompt alarm message from app with sound hint. Open the app, the alarm type, alarm zone, alarm time will show up. 100 history records are stored for check. It support maximum 6 family members to use the app to control the alarm panel and 2 members can be online at the same time.
For GSM/GPRS network alarm panel, please check with us which network operator's sim card is available for your country. For example, T-Mobile sim card is available for using in USA.
